Makareta and Sandra are waiting to be picked up by one of the
helpers from the Rabbit Rescue Centre. Makareta and Sandra have collected three
unwanted rabbits who the Rescue Centre has agreed to accept. Makareta has a
basket of flowers to give to the helper who is going to drive them to the Rabbit
Rescue Centre. The Rabbit Rescue helper
picks them up at the arranged time, (and yes the helper did notice that one
rabbit had hopped out of the basket and caught the rabbit and put it in the
car).
When they arrive at the Rabbit Rescue Centre the helper
tells the girls what hutch to put the new rabbits into. He tells the girls they
are welcome to go into the shed which is divided into cubicles on both sides
of the length of the shed. They are told they can have a look around at their own leisure.
Tina is outside looking at the garden at the Rabbit Rescue
Centre. The
gardener is dressed in the rabbit costume for fun because it is an open day at
the Rabbit Rescue Centre today.
Tina has her photo taken with the 1950’s plastic toy rabbits that are on display in one of the cubicles.
Tina gives the man who
takes the photo a donation for the Rabbit Rescue Centre.
Lauren has also come to the Rabbit Rescue Centre’s open day
and is playing with some rabbits in one of the cubicles.
Bridget is here too! She has her photo taken with the rabbits in another cubicle.
Lauren has gone to another cubicle to pat the rabbits.
