Lauren was
outside a supermarket this morning with some other girls, from the Girl Guide Pack
that she attends, to sell Girl Guide Biscuits.
Lauren has brought home a packet of Girl Guide biscuits and a recipe to
make Chocolate Caramel Slice.
This is a cloth doll wearing the 1980’s New Zealand Brownie uniform.
This knitted English Brownie doll is a pattern of Jean Greenhowe.
It was knitted in the 1980’s by a lady in New Zealand. It is approx. 28 cm tall.
This cloth doll is wearing brown shorts and a yellow blouse/tee shirt
which Brownies could wear on some occasions in the 1970’s. The doll is standing
by a Girl Guide biscuit carton which the girls use to carry and walk from house
to house to try and sell the biscuits.
